Who can search the MPI
Anyone can search the MPI database of missing persons.

How to Search the MPI
Simply select Search MPI from the menu bar, which will take you to the search page. Fill in the relevant fields, then press the Search button which will provide any matches and other details which can be viewed. Select the Submit Info button which will take you to the Reward Seeker Login. Once you have logged in you will be able to submit information, if you are the first to provide the missing persons current address then you can claim the reward. Alternatively you can search by the amount of reward that is offered, select the minimum and maximum amounts and press search.

If you have information regarding the whereabouts of the person shown on the MPI database press Submit information which will take you to the reward seeker login page

How do I Provide Information and collect Rewards
If you have already registered as a Reward Seeker select the LOGIN button on the MPI menu bar which will take you to the login page. Press Reward Seeker login which will take you to the relevant page, enter your Username and Password and press LOGIN.

How to Register
Reward Seekers MUST register and obtain a REWARD SEEKER LOGIN before they can submit information or claim rewards. To register simply select the REGISTER button on the MPI menu bar which will take you to to the reward seeker registration page. Enter your details into the relevant fields, select your desired payment method and check the Terms & Conditions box. You MUST then click the register button whereupon a Username and Password will be E-mailed to you to enable you to LOGIN and to start providing information and collecting rewards. Only Corporate Users can View, Edit, Amend, or Check the status of cases that THEY have submitted.

Corporate Users must Register and obtain a CORPORATE USER LOGIN before they can use any of the functions on the MPI website. To register simply select the REGISTER button on the MPI menu bar which will take you to to the Corporate User registration page. Enter your details into the relevant fields, check the Terms & Conditions box whereupon a Username and Password will be E-mailed to you which will enable you to login and use all of the MPI functions.

Login
You can Login to the MPI as a Reward Seeker or as a Corporate User but ONLY if you have already REGISTERED. Simply press the LOGIN button on the MPI menu bar which will take you to the login page. Press either company User or Reward Seeker login, this will take you to the relevant login page, enter your Username and Password and press Login.

Only Company Users can View, Edit, Amend, or Check the status of cases that THEY have submitted. To do so they must LOGIN by entering thier user name and password on the company users login page.

Additional Company Users will NOT be able to View, Edit, Amend or Check the status of cases that THEY have not submitted.

Who can View, Edit, Amend or check the Status of cases on the MPI ?
Only Company users can View, Edit, Amend, or Check the status of cases that THEY have submitted. To do so they must LOGIN by entering their user name and password on the corporate user’s login page. (Additional Corporate Users will NOT be able to View, Edit, Amend or Check the status of cases that THEY have not submitted).  Reward Seekers are only permitted to provide information concerning the whereabouts of missing persons. Reward Seekers will NOT be permitted to Add, Edit or Amend cases
